The Terms and Conditions of ID2Bytes® apply to all services we provide, including custom software development, SaaS applications, AI Agents, and support & consultancy.
Article 15: Full GDPR compliance with mandatory Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for all services processing personal data.
Article 23: Comprehensive provisions for AI Agents, including disclaimers for hallucinations, bias detection, and human oversight.
Article 13: Clear liability caps (€100k per incident, €250k per year) with AI-specific exceptions.
Article 25: Appropriate technical and organisational measures under Article 32 GDPR, set out concretely in Annex C and per engagement in Annex A. Built on Microsoft Azure, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified at platform level, with encryption, access control and incident response.

All agreements between ID2Bytes® and clients are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Zeeland-West-Brabant, the Netherlands.
